Umbra was one of nine Belgian Malinois lost in the high desert of California. She is purebred, possibly mixed ever-so-slightly with German Shepherd. She has been fostering with Mike Herstik [look him up, he's trained 1000s of these dogs for all manner of things], and he says she will make a great sport dog, nose dog, or family dog to the right person or family. She is with other dogs, well socialized with both canines, farm animals, and people. She has basic training [leash, sit, stay, down...] and loves to please. At the least her training could continue through suggestions and advice from Mike H. if desired. All her siblings are doing wonderfully in their new homes. Adoption donation to a 501C3 will be discussed when you are connected with Mike.
