About Bob

Yes, you read that correctly!! We do believe Bob is a Rottweiler mixed with Dachsund (or possibly Bassett Hound). We have decided he is a designer 'Weiner-Weiller'! He has a smaller Rottweiler body with very short stubby legs. He only comes up to my shins! He is utterly adorable and has a personality to match!! We believe he is about 2 years old. Bob was found as a stray and was in danger of being killed. Several kind people and rescue groups worked together to get Bob to us from Kentucky!! Bob is house trained, knows how to use a dog door, loves to play fetch and is genuinely rotten for anything relating to food or attention. He is prone to pulling on the leash but will loose leash walk with patience and persistence. Bob has been learning to get along with all different types of dogs at the ranch and we think he would do best in an active or playful home and possibly one with another dog to play with. He can be mouthy when playing but knows his negative marker command. He still has a decent amount of puppy energy. Bob is neutered, heartworm tested negative & on heartworm preventative.
