Basil's DNA reveals he is part Beagle and Bluetick Coonhound, he's very sweet and hound-y! Basil is housebroken and knowledgeable in several commands such as sit, down, heel, place, and leave it. He's had formal training (he's super smart and treat-motivated) and what a joy to have around the house. While Basil thrives on human companionship and is super friendly with people of all ages (family or a new friend), he is best suited as the only dog in the household as he prefers to have all the attention to himself.
