Meet Chulo (formerly known as Churramais). He spent most of his life tied up to a pole in the basement. His owner left the country and left him with a friend who was afraid of him and wouldn't let him outside. A nice lady found out and called us about him. We immediately said we could take him and got him a bath, a bed and some toys. Being stuck in a basement didn't affect his personality, he is super sweet and affectionate.
