Cooper was brought in as a stray today. You can see his condition is 'unkempt'. We know nothing about him except he needs a bath and grooming and we decided to call him Cooper. He will be available Monday morning at 9 a.m. We haven't examined him that closely yet but given his condition I'm sure he's intact. Adoption fee will cover that surgery and rabies vaccine.
