BIOGRAPHY Meet Jasper! Jasper found himself in rescue after he and 6 other dogs were abandoned in a house after a backyard breeding operation. Despite his sad past, he is an absolute sweetie! He is a chiweenie (Chihuahua/dachshund mix) and a little under 2 years old. He's a tiny little man at only 8 pounds! His favorite activity by far is cuddling with everyone he meets. He's a little slow to warm up to new people, but once he knows you he will give you all the love in the world! He spends his days following his foster parents around, sitting on their laps, and giving them lots of cuddles and kisses. He also likes to cuddle with his doggie foster brother! He is still learning how to be a good house-dog but he is catching on fast! He's good on a leash, sleeps through the night in bed without any accidents, and is working on crate training while left alone. House training is in progress but going well! Jasper would do best in an active home, hopefully with another doggie or kids. This little boy is one of the sweetest, cutest dogs you will ever meet and would love to join your family!
