**PHOENIX METRO AREA ONLY** Oh my goodness...can you believe the cuteness...and the ears! Nico is a 9 month old, 4 pound Chihuahua mix firecracker! Don't let his size fool you! He's a puppy and is very active. He came to the rescue when his owner could no longer care for him. This happy, happy boy does well with other dogs (LOVES to play), has no problems with cats and any children should be at least 12 years old and of a kind, gentle nature due to his very small stature! Nico will cuddle and sleep with you at night. He's learning to walk on leash and working on his house habits. He does bark when people come to the door but then he stops as soon as he gets to know them. Nico is a little treat fiend, has toys he loves to play with, and he has so much fun running around his yard! He would do best in a home with a secure yard where he can go out and do his business, since he is not an expert at walking on a leash yet. Due to his small size, he must always be supervised when outside (day or night). He is much more than a little 'purse pooch' and deserves a safe, loving home where he can be his best. Nico is up to date on vaccinations, neutered, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $400.00. He will go to his new home with a collar, harness and leash.
