Angel is frail and could not be spayed due to her health being so frail. Angel just wants to cuddle up with her people and feel the love she lacked for the first part of her life. Angel is very thin, she came from the shelter with kennel cough, but she loves taking her medicine in cream cheese and has been a delight in her foster home!
