About Shadow

Welcome SHADOW to ARK Charities! Shadow is a gorgeous, sleek black German Shepherd boy whom we think is about 16-18mo old. He is on the thinner side right now at about 65lbs, but by the looks of the size of his feet, he will be doing some growing and filling out and will be a big, handsome guy. He is full of puppy energy, sloppy kisses, bounces and affection. Shadow was surrendered to the El Paso County Sheriff Dept when his Dad had to go into assisted living and Shadow had nowhere to go. Thanks to Officer Gonzalez who went above and beyond to protect him, we were able to rescue and save Shadow. Now he is now going to have the future he always should have had! Shadow is HW negative, neutered , up to date on all of his vaccinations, including his boosters for DAPP. He is a happy, friendly guy. Shadow is microchipped and is in CT where we are committed to finding him his perfect match and loving forever home and family. He is dog friendly and leans in for attention and hugs.
