Panda was rescued from Okeechobee animal control. She was surrendered there m, because she was old and she licks her feet. She is 12 years old and weighs 6 pounds. This is the most adorable, darling dog. She is very friendly and would be an excellent lapdog. Meet and greet required if you have another dog. She should do fine with cats as well.
