Bansky was surrendered, because there was an emergency move due to an estate sale. He's just under 3 years old and weighs 39.8 lbs. What a beautiful party mix cocker spaniel!!! The previous owner says he is dog friendly, enjoys swimming, knows basic commands, and he's housebroken! He even uses door bells! It was noted that he is high energy.
