I'm Billy! I was rescued from a shelter 36 hours before I was set to be euthanized due to overcrowding. I am such a happy boy and love to play with other dogs. I am believed to be 10 - 12 months old and my fur is soft and fluffy! I'm medium size and shouldn't grow much more! I am shy at first, but my tail is always wagging!
