Please read entire post to learn about our adoption process and about this dog! Meet sweet Nikki. She was saved from the shelter last July with her litter of puppies (all have been adopted in September). She was scared if people. We don't know her back story or why people intimidated her. But she's been with her foster mommy learning how to trust and be a normal dog. And she's doing wonderful. She's about 15 pounds, approx 3 years old. She uses the doggy door, has zero bad habits, good with dogs and cats and loves everyone and everything! She may need a few days to decompress in a new home but once she warms up and knows she's safely home, she will be your best friend! Let's get this sweet girl her forever family! She deserves it! Probably best with kids over 8. If interested, please email for an app. My adoption fee of $175 Helps to cover the cost of spay/neuter, vaccines, deworming , microchip, and all vetting done and a goody bag. All adoption fees go back into the rescue to help with large vet bills, large dog food bills and w other needs required by the dogs while in rescue. *WE BEGIN WITH THE APPLICATION! Please only apply IF YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT ADOPTING!!! *All our dogs are in private foster homes. Once app is approved, a meet n greet will be scheduled at your home. (Except for the second Saturday of each month, which we do adoption events at Rancho Cucamonga Petsmart.) *If you rent, you MUST include a letter of approval from your landlord stating you can have a dog in your home Included with your application in order to be considered as an adopter. All of our volunteers supply their own gas and donate their time!! ~TIPS ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED FOR OUR TRANSPORT ADOPTION VOLUNTEERS TO HELP WITH GAS AND THEIR TIME!!!~ *We do not ship our dogs. If you are out of our 2 hour radius, you'll need to come to us. On occasion we have a volunteer who can meet. However, THERE WILL BE A TRANSPORTATION FEE (depending on distance) to help the volunteer with gas. If it requires an overnight stay, hotel fee will also be required. *We post in the ads what we know. If you have additional questions, PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS. *once several applications are received, this post will be removed! *Puppies require a lot of time, consistency, training, patience and love!* IF your app is approved, we will then move on to the next step, which is a video home check which will consist of VIDEOS of your HOUSE, your YARD and a brief INTRODUCTION TO EACH FAMILY MEMBER including your current dogs. **{Our adoption process is pretty quick! Once app is approved, we move on to the video home checks. Once those are approved, we schedule a meet n greet! If you are not prepared to get a dog within a few days of turning in your application (due to moving, going on vacation etc), please wait to apply when you are ready.
