Glinda, the good gal! This gal is also a survivor from the looks of the horrible scarring down her back. We don't know what happened, just that it was bad. Glinda was preoccupied with figuring a way out of her new home when we met her. She let us leash her easily but that's where her interest in us stopped. We understand how jarring the first few days at a crowded shelter can be. Glinda wasn't interested in toys or treats. She could care less about showing us her sit but will do it if we ask enough. Glinda is comfortable with all over handling even if it didn't bring her much comfort in the beginning. She's acclimated to the shelter and wags her tail now when we spend time with her. Glinda has some frosting on her muzzle and clearly lived in a home for years. A home she is still looking for even if they aren't. It's time that Glinda was on the receiving end of that good witch magic. Help us find her a home. Come meet her at the a CACC shelter in Chicago! Adoptions take place daily from 12p-6p
