Once he settles in, he becomes a wonderfully loyal companion who simply enjoys being near his person. At home, Sammy is incredibly easy to live with. He settles quickly, keeps himself occupied while you work, and handles everyday household activity without stress. Smaller dogs may require thoughtful introductions while he continues refining his social manners. With new people, especially in the home, he can be a little cautious at first - but once he feels safe, he forms incredibly loyal bonds.
