About Kepner

Adoption Fee: $450
Dachshund / Australian Cattle Dog
Age: Puppy
Sex: Female

Meet Kepner, Kepner is not a doberman but due to a hoarding situation that was going on locally we decided to help even though not by any means our typical breed.Kepner is suspected to be a dachshund or Brittany spaniel mix maybe with some Aussie in the mix as well. Kepner hasn't had a whole lot of human interaction considering the situation she came from so she is a little unsure of us people but is such a super sweet girl. Kener is going to need a special owner to help her realize that we aren't all bad and that she is safe. Kener is good with other dogs but has never been around large breed dogs till now so she is a little scared of large breed dogs but would be great with a dog her size and could definitely get used to large dogs. Currently she would be best in a home with older kids and not younger kids. She will definitely need help on obedience training and leash walking. We are currently working with her but she is going to have a ways to go. Kepner is crate trained and thus far had no accidents in the house. To apply to adopt Kepner please go to www.savingdobermankind.org/adoption-application All animals adopted from us are fully vetted including spay/neuter, vaccines, microchip, heartworm test and deworming. Please email us at [email protected], visit our Facebook page www.facebook.com/savingdobermankind or webpage https://www.savingdobermankind.org to request an application, inquire about an adoption fee, or to learn more!
