About KELSIE

HI - I'M KELSIE! I'm a 1-year-old sweet and shy Chihuahua in need of a new home. I was rescued from a scary shelter, and now am in a foster home, where I especially enjoy the company of large dogs, as they give me a sense of security. I'm not really a lap dog -- yet -- because I'm quite shy, and I am not a fan of being picked up. I pretty much will stick to myself and I do not have accidents when left alone so far. So I would do best in a quiet home with a single person or a couple - a dog-savvy owner who can let me come to them when I am ready. I'm not used to a collar or leash but that may change in time. I weigh only 8 pounds and am an overall easy dog to have around. Please email for an application.
