About Mia

You can see in her eyes that her past hasn't been kind to her. She's cautious, thoughtful, and intentional with all of her actions. As Mia has settled into foster care, she's blossomed. She now is comfortable enough to play with dogs, ask for kisses from her foster mom, wag her tail, and she even holds her head a little higher now. Mia is a classic example of a little love going a long way. This sweet, mild-mannered girl will thrive in a calmer home with a canine companion and some humans that specialize in TLC!
