I have a Bluetick Coonhound mix that I adopted two years ago from a roommate who was going to take this dog back to the shelter. At the time I was living in a home with a fenced in front and back yard. Right now, I am full timing in my 30ft Camper. I do let him out and take him on walks. But I do not feel like this dog is getting the exercise he needs as a hound breed. He has a lot of energy and can run for hours. I am looking for a qualified home who can adopt him and give him a better life than I can right now. It saddens me to do this deeply as he is very dear to my heart. I won't take him back to a shelter and will only adopt him out to a good home. He is aggressive sometimes and has bitten smaller breeds. He gets along fine with my medium size pit/hound mixes and is dominate towards the pack. He is very vocal like a hound is known to be and can run for hours and hours on a farm or large property would be ideal for him. I am about a year behind on his shots and need to adopt him out to a new home who can provide for him better than I can at this time. Please contact me if you are interested in rescuing a beautiful hound dog.
