Ziggy, all 5 lbs of his few-tooth self, is half of a bonded pair. Check out 13lb Chula under ' breed--miniature pinscher'. We'd like to adopt them to the same household, maybe a senior citizen as they are seniors, but have good energy and good health. They grew up together until their elderly owner had a stroke. Vet checked and teeth cleaned a month ago when Ziggy had several teeth pulled and was neutered. Shots good through March, doesn't nip. He loves long walks. Responds to 'Ziggy --come' to go outside, or just rattle the leash. Uses pee pads indoors with poor aim, belly band at daycare as he's still marking a few drops, though rarely at home now. Ziggy is a typical (toy?) yorkie, a bit yappy but responds to 'Ziggy--Shush'. Loves to be held and falls asleep in your lap. Eats very well. Not interested in toys. The pair has been with my Chicago fostering home for 2 months and they're now ready to find a long-term home. We like to see their new home first, and prefer foster-to-adopt to see if a good fit, before you sign papers and send $. We would also take them back if they needed to be relinquished in the future.
