About Rosco

Meet Rosco ‰%9D%A4•ü%8F This guy is about 6 years old, and he is just a sweetheart looking for a home. Our best guess at his breed is cattle dog and blue heeler. Our best guess at what he needs is a home with reassurance, love, and a good fence. It would be easy to call him an escape artist, but that is not the whole truth. We believe he is used to having his own place and a human to follow around. He misses the people he had and doesn't understand why he is behind a fence in a shelter. Please come and meet this guy. We think he's awesome ÝÙ%90%BE He is scared right now, but that doesn't have to be his future. His future can be chilling with a family, enjoying walks, and lots of ear scratches and belly rubs.
