COWBELL is the silly name New York City's despicable kill pound bureaucrats gave this 35lb stray Pitbull mix believed to be only a little over a year old, before threatening to kill the puppy for no reason. COWBELL's luck suddenly changed when a rescue group saved him at the last minute. After his supposed foster bailed before ever even meeting him, COWBELL was placed in boarding where he met Jeannette, the compassionate trainer who changed his life. Jeannette quickly discovered that no one had ever paid the slightest attention to the severely neglected pup who hadn't been leashed, walked or loved for even a day in his life. Jeannette watched in amazement as COWBELL sprang to life and quickly responded to the affection he was receiving for the first time in his life. In only a matter of days, shy COWBELL was making eye contact with his new friend, walking gently on leash and happily responding to the simple commands Jeannette easily taught the dog she had fallen in love with and who began to love her in return. If Jeannette didn't already have a house full of rescue dogs, 'I would adopt him in a minute,' she swears! Kid-friendly COWBELL is ready for a loving home of his own with a fenced yard where he can run and play, and should get along fine with other dogs but has a tendency to chase after cats, so would probably do best in a home without one. Please call Andrew anytime at (646) 387-9868 for more pictures and videos of the underdog who taught his rescuers so much about how a neglected dog instantly blossoms with only a little understanding, patience and love. We will transport COWBELL to your home anywhere in the USA for free! Thank You for your interest in COWBELL.
