She has a physical therapy regimen, and shows signs of improvement. She is very sweet, loves people and loves to give and receive love. She likes car rides, playing with toys, and just being a puppy. Her brain works but the neurons running to the body are affected by something [likely she had distemper in vitro]... She has not received proper care, and her foster gets evicted within days, so they need to be in a home without their siblings so they can get the proper exercise and care. Available for foster or adoption in SoCal. Farther away can be arranged... We will help with medical and PT.
