About Chance

Chance was adopted from the Montgomery County Animal shelter 9/26/20. He was freaked out by his stay (I was supposed to get him directly from the women who intervened in his euthanasia) of 3 weeks. It has taken me a long time get Chance to be a more sociable animal and he is quite happy to be a 'cuddle' dog in bed, but mostly affection giving is on his terms. It's so upsetting to me that I have to re-home him, but physically I have several issues that really hamper my ability to care for him. Balance problems have resulted in him causing me to fall several times. I really just want the best for him as putting him in an adoption facility will undo all the good care I've given him.
