About Cooper

Meet Cooper, Cooper was orginally from TX where he was hit and the leg damage was so bad that his right back leg had to be amputated so he is a tripod but don't let that fool you he doesn't know he is missing a leg. Recently Cooper has returned to us after finding himself at our local shelter HSPPR and his original adopter never came to retrieve him. Cooper is now safe and sound back with us and looking for his forever home. Cooper is the sweetest boy you will ever meet. He gets along fine with all other dogs though he has never been around cats to our knowledge. Cooper is currently 1 yr 7 months old and guessed to be a doberman plott hound mix. Cooper definitely shows his doberman side more so than not and loves being with people. Even with his handicap he would be a excellent hiking partner and full of energy. He also loves to love fiercely and loves to lick. Cooper would be best with an experienced owner that can help him with boundaries and obedience. He would be a great dog to get into a sport with his energy as well.
