Meet Justice! She needs some time to trust you, but once she does... pure gold. She got a goathead stuck in her paw during the walk on the video - removed it from her paw, and she licked my face over and over to say thank you. Justice likes tennis balls, treats, walks, playing tug of war, and catching water out of a hose! This active, happy 60-ish lb pittie is about 3 years old, and she has been with us for 15 months. We would love to find her some great adopters and room to walk, run, and play! If you have another pup, a meet and greet will be needed to see how they do together. Justice doesn't respond well to trying to be dominated by another pup, so we just want to make sure the fit is right. In general, she likes male dogs more than female dogs. She and John Boy (a male dog waiting for a home here at the shelter) wag tails thru the fence when they see each other. Her energy and her guard will be high when you first meet her, but with time, love, and trust, it mellows and you get to see how much heart Justice has. Please consider this bright, playful, beautiful girl! Come by the shelter (Tues-Fri 11-4, Sat-Sun 1-5) or call us at (719) 852-3366 if you are interested in meeting her & adopting!
