About Rosie

Rosie is a four-year-old Rott-hound mix. She requires exercise/running, so a large fenced area is recommended. I do not have a fenced in yard so she gets a daily walk/run on the wooded trails nearby. She returns to me dependably. She also gets a leashed walk later in the day. She has a high need to protect. She does not bite, but will bark with authority at people coming to the door. She needs an Alpha that is experienced with dogs She has a strong will, but is trainable. She is a heavy, energetic dog and would probably not be good around young children simply because she might knock them over. I am no longer able to keep her because my health has changed and can't support her need for exercise.
