Welcome Freckles to the Bed and Biscuit Inn !! Freckles is a sweet and shy 1yr old 25 lb Cocker Spaniel/ Red Heeler mix Freckles ideal home will be with a role model dog , a patient adopter willing to teach her how to be a dog and a fenced area would be great too . A family who is around a lot , WFH or retired would be an absolute bonus!! Freckles is a bit shy but, once she warms up is a shadow dog . She is good with other dogs and doesn't mind cats either. She is doing pretty good on leash, but she prefers to follow the other dogs out to a yard to play and do her business . House training is not working out that great if she needs to go on leash . She will accept a crate but once she bonds with you she wants to be with you . Poor baby; has been in a cage most of her life at a puppy mill . Left uncrated she isn't destructive, and will chill with her dog buddy . Freckles has so much potential , she is a great size to travel with, sturdy enough to be a great hiking partner and sweet enough to be your cuddle buddy . She just needs a family to spend time with her and build up her trust and confidence. Do you have a great dog looking for a buddy and a fenced in area ?
