She weighs approximately 12 lbs. and is housebroken, can use a doggie door; she has good leash manners and is dog friendly! Scarlett wants to play and then her personality emerges! She's very loving and sweet and seems to me very well adjusted. Scarlett is microchipped, current on vaccines, is spayed and she would love nothing more than a forever family to call her own.
