Henry is an awesome dog and was my best friend through college. He is super loving and cuddly. My wife and I got him 4 years ago and never had any issues with him whatsoever. We never dreamed of having give him away until recently when we had our first child. He got jealous once the attention turned towards our kids and is not nice to our son. He refuses to go near him and has growled at him several times. He has never been mean to kids in the past but as we expect a 2nd child we fear his jealousy will only get worst. We hope that anyone that is a loving dog owner is willing to take him in. We do not want to do this but feels its best for our kids and for henry. Henry deserves more devoted care and attention than our family is able to provide. Henry is potty trained, listens fairly well and will follow you around all day. Here are his issues - he is not great on a leash, he will pull and bark at every animal in sight - he is nice to most dogs but can be fearful of large ones. Especially in groups of 2 or more - similar to most corgis he can be reactive and will chase after any dog he sees - he does get jealous when the attention is not on him *note* despite his temperament issues he has never bitten a human or animal Anyone who can take him will be provided with 2 dog leashes. 2 crates and a doggy bed. A water bowl. 2 dog Brushes. Nail Clippers. Toys. Please consider adopting henry, the last thing we want to do is place him in a shelter.
