About Teddy

My name is Jacob and I am emailing to try and rehome my dog Teddy. Teddy is a very happy and energetic pit bull that is around 2 years ago. We rescued him about a year ago from a situation that we believed had him as a bait dog. We found him and he was all beat up with bite marks and in just bad shape. We nursed him back to great shape and put about 30 pounds on him over the last year. We have 2 cats and 2 other dogs and after some adjusting, they all have gotten along perfectly which we were very pleased with. However, over the last few months, Teddy and one of our other dogs have been getting snippy with each other and it's usually over a toy or them getting jealous that we are playing with the other one and we have always tried to quickly correct it. Well earlier this week, they were outside using the bathroom and they both got into it and Charlie ended up needing over 20 stitches and it is now clear that this home isn't the best for Teddy. I think he needs to be in a single dog household where he will be extremely happy to get all the attention. If anybody there could offer any type of help finding this great dog a better home, please let me know
