Pepper is a high energy border Aussie. We do not have the time and resources to give her the attention that she needs. She needs a home with a large fenced yard, and a family who is able to give her lots of love. If we are unable to find her a new home soon we are going to have to place her in a shelter which is not what we want! We are located in south Columbus.
