About Ella & Walter (bonded)

Arf! Arf, everyone! We're Ella and Walter, a cheerful, eager-to-please, loyal, and intelligent bonded pair of 11-pound Schnauzer/ Poodle (Schnoodles) mixes who were born in January 2020. We get along with everyone -- all ages of humans, including kids, as well as other dogs. Since we're affectionate pooches who love children, we'd make fantastic family pets. We are very 'attached at the hip' to each other and can only be adopted together. That's because I (Walter, the white one) get very depressed when I (Ella, the blue merle one) am not around. How is it that an adorable duo like us is needing a new home? Believe it or not, a Good Samaritan found us, dirty and hungry, roaming the mean streets of Houston. Fortunately we were brought to Miss Donna to help us find the perfect home. I hope that our sweet, docile expressions have captured your eye and that you'll arrange to meet us right away. Our hearts have so much love to give, and all we need is you! Walter is neutered, and Ella is spayed. Both are updated on shots, dewormed, and microchipped. Walter is heartworm negative, but Ella tested heartworm positive and is undergoing treatment, the cost of which Donna's Love Pet Rescue will assume. Their bonded-pair adoption fee is $500 for dogs older than 9 months. An application must be filled out prior to adoption.
