About BJ

BJ is young dog, he gets along with everyone. BJ stays in a foster home with other dogs, both smaller and larger than him, as well as cats. He will chase a cat if they are outside, but gets along fine with them inside the house. BJ is crate trained and ready for a loving family. BJ has been neutered, tested negative for heartworms, he is current on his vaccinations and preventatives and he is microchipped.For Pet's Sake Rescue is a Mississippi based rescue. Mississippi is overpopulated too many animals, not enough homes, and many high kill shelters. For Pet's Sake Rescue saves each animal from a different background. BJ is being listed as a courtesy to a partner rescue, helping this fine boy get more exposure and hopefully into a home quicker.***Breed input is required for each platform but is not guaranteed to be accurate. We do not DNA/Breed test. We discuss breed assignments with our vets to label them as accurately as possible***For Pet's Sake Rescue transports animals to other states with better adoption potential. Our goal is to keep animals alive and out of kennels into their forever homes as quickly as possible. Each animal is quarantined and vetted during their time in our care.
