About Lady the Corgi Mix

ARRIVING IN WISCONSIN February 4th! WE RESPOND FIRST TO THOSE WHO STATE THAT THEY HAVE READ ALL THE INFORMATION BELOW. Thank you!! Lady is a gorgeous Corgi mix that is 1.5 years old and 28 pounds. Lady was surrendered to a over crowded shelter in Rural Texas, who then reached out to us to help find her a safe home in the midwest. Lady loves people, although she can be a little shy at first because of her background. She does great with other dogs. She has been working hard on her potty training, but because she is coming from a shelter, she will likely need some more training on signaling to go out, etc. Due to a backlog of spay/neuter appointments due to the massive overpopulation, she is not yet spayed. Her adoptive family will receive a rebate of $200 to their original payment method when proof of spay has been provided within 6 months of her adoption. She is tested heartworm negative, dewormed, up to date on shots, vet checked and microchipped, she comes with her medical records and interstate health certificate from a veterinary examination prior to leaving Texas, which certifies her to be in good condition. She will be arriving in Muskego, WI on Saturday February 4th and will be available to meet, and if she is a good fit, adopt, between 11 am and 4 pm by the first family to have placed an exclusive hold deposit as set out below. Her adoption fee is $500. She is available for an exclusive hold with a deposit of $250, which we give on a first come, first served, basis. This deposit would hold her exclusively for your family. The balance of the adoption fee is due upon meeting and finalizing the adoption. Should you find that she is not a good fit for your family upon meeting her, the deposit is refundable or transferrable. This pup's adoption fee will enable us to finance our program of rescuing and readying additional dogs, puppies and kittens which we rescue, transport and adopt out in the northern United States. Our goal is to get as many homeless animals out of south Texas, where we have a severe pet overpopulation crisis. We take payments through Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, or we can take card numbers over the phone and process them through Square. All of these methods provide a receipt. Holds are handled on a first-come, first-served basis with respect to the first person to place an exclusive hold deposit as instructed by the rescue. Once you have made the deposit, it is refundable so long as you show up to meet the dog on the agreed date. Prior notification of an intended no-show/non-delivery does not constitute showing up.
