About Duke

Duke was surrendered to the shelter in mid-January 2023. This guy is the perfect example of a dog that has a lot of love to give, but no one to reciprocate it back to him. Let's change that for Duke! Duke is a bundle of pure joy, and deserves a life as sweet as him! He can be a little shy around strangers (as seen in the video), but once he warms up that is over completely. He loves to cuddle, and could make anyone's bad day better! Duke is also dog friendly and would be fine with cats. Duke is about 10 months old and 50 pounds. He has been vaccinated, treated for internal/external parasites and has been tested for heartworms in shelter. Duke is located at the Brownsville Haywood County Animal Shelter in Brownsville, Tennessee. His adoption fee is $60 with a $60 vet fee to be paid on the day of his neuter. We have no pull fee for reputable 501c3 rescue groups and can help arrange transport. Please share Duke to help him find his forever home!
