About Roscoe

Hi, My name is Roscoe. I was abandoned by my previous owner when they moved to an apartment. I was outside for two days, tied up, with no food. Fortunately her uncle came and rescued me. Unfortunately I can't stay with him because I bully his dog and cats. I would love to live in a home with no other animals as I want all of the attention and love. I am six years old but I act like a big goofy kid. I love to play, especially with kids, and I am very protective of my family.
