Cypher is a friendly, sweet cat approx. 5 years young. She is very vocal & gets along with other kitties. Cypher ended up at this open admission shelter when the source dropped her off with another cat claiming that they were strays. Cypher is FeLv negative and vaccinated. She broke with URI (kitty cold) on 01/12. She has watery eyes and nasal discharge with occasional open-mouthed breathing. She also seems dehydrated with poor appetite. Cypher needs rescue due to her URI. She will need follow up care and URI treatment. If her condition declines, the rescue request may become urgent.
