Hope is ready for her furever home! Hope came to me at 4 months old as a hospice. She was in a shelter in Texas where she had been returned by adopter due to heart failure. She was seen by a vet for a second opinion and was told that her genetic heart condition was one that was an issue that could be fully resolved through heart surgery. Hope was taken for heart surgery at Purdue Clinic and has had two follow up appointments in which she has been given the full release!! So now Hope is ready to move forward and begin her life in her forever home. Hope is a 1 year old, beautiful German Shepard Mix. She is the sweetest, loving dog and is always looking for love. She is incredibly smart and has been working on her training skills. Hope will sit and wait to be released for her food. She will lay down and wait until she is released. She is a very calm dog and has very good manners. She is good with people and children. Unfortunately, Hope needs to be the only animal in the home (has not been seen around cats). Hope will make the best, loyal companion ever. Hope has not yet been spayed due to waiting for her release from the cardiologist in which she now has. Hope has been through SO much in her very short one year life and deserves a very loving home that will spoil her rotten. If you are interested or know of anyone that could give Hope the home she deserves, please let me know! Hope is available through Second Chances Pet Rehab & Sanctuary.
