About Growlithe

Growlithe is a sweet young girl who is highly energetic and needs a home without cats or small dogs. She was not well socialized as a puppy and so doesn't understand other dog's boundaries well, so she gets overenthusiastic when meeting them. She is highly cat aggressive unfortunately, and we haven't tested her with kids. She gets super excited meeting people and never learned to not jump so she may not be a good fit for small kids. She is a super playful and fun dog who loves her stuffed penguin and going on walks. Whenever she gets out of the kennel she dances around the house and immediately carries all her toys back out to play. She's also super talkative and loves to play fetch and tug of war, often combining the two. She would thrive in an active household.
