She arrived at the shelter infested with fleas and with her left leg swollen and covered in puncture wounds. Despite having a very painful leg she was very sweet and trusting with shelter staff while they have been cleaning her up and treating her wounds. They have all healed now. Personality: Nadia seems to have not received much love and affection before arriving at the shelter. She is quiet and non-demanding but also seems appreciative of pets and scratches. She doesn't know what treats are or how to eat them but we are working on finding one that she likes. Housetrained: To be determined. Other Dogs: Sweet and non-reactive with other dogs. Cats: She will do best in a home with NO cats. Children: Leash: No leash experience yet. Additional Information: Shelter stray hold ended 12/26/22.
