About Maizie

I have been fostering this sweet dog for two weeks through Road Dogg Rescue in FWB. If you're looking for an outdoor adventure buddy, Maizie is your girl! This two year old female German Shepherd loves hiking, swimming, and playing in the yard! At two she still has lots of puppy energy, but is house broken, walks on a leash, doesn't chew, and is very content in her crate at night. She knows sit, down, come, and kennel, and is working on heel, leave it, place, and shake. She's a quick learner that thrives on consistent, positive reinforcement. She's also a snuggle bug and will happily curl up next to her people when it's time to relax. Because of her size and energy level, she will likely do best in a family that has the time and space to give her the exercise and training she needs to excel as the best doggie friend. This pup has so much potential and we want to make sure she gets placed in the perfect home. Dog, kid and cat friendly, fully vetted!
