About Cashel (Cash)

Cash is a wonderful 10yr old Aussie Cattle Dog/Aussie Shepherd mix. He is the best adventure dog and running buddy anyone could ask for. He has a lot of energy, but also LOVES snuggles and stretching out at your feet. He's a sweet little shadow, always one step behind you wherever you go. Unfortunately, our home environment is very stressful and triggering for him; with multiple animals, lots of people and children coming & going. This stress has worsened for him since the birth of our child.He would really do well in a home with 1-2 active adults that he can bond with. He loves to run around chasing the frisbee or tennis ball. He loves camping and cooling off in any form of water, be it ocean, lake, pond, stream or tiny puddle. He would do well as a senior agility dog or ranch hand. He loves chasing squirrels, and he's a pretty good fishing buddy too! He is a really good boy who only wants to please. Unfortunately our growing family and home environment is not a place he can thrive. We care about him and really want to make sure this awesome boy finds the right person or people.
