This 84 pound boy is reliably housetrained, crate trained and will walk nicely on his leash, although he might sometimes chose his direction. HALF the battle, right!? True to Weimaraner form he will amuse you by disemboweling stuffed toys relentlessly and stealing tennis balls to never return them again, that is unless he wants your attention. Rex is velcro and loving not only wanting to be next to his humans but loves to share the chair to the point of being on top of you. All the things we treasure in a weim will come with Rex. Want a watch dog? Rex will keep you safe barking at strange sounds or people approaching the home but stops and is not overly annoying. Those short 'little people'? He LOVES them and is very good with kids of all ages. He knows his basic commands and has worked with a trainer and gone through basic obedience classes. Now to meet him?? He will be available to meet after Sunday 12/19 when he arrives in foster for our own personal evaluation. Get that application in ........he will also go fast as an 'established' gentleman for those over the puppy stage! UPDATE 12/19/22 Rex is now in his foster in Alta Dena area. His introduction to resident dogs and kids went super duper well!! He is a really good boy...a bit confused right now on WHY....WHY is he in a new and different place....but he has already rolled over all four paws to the sky for belly rubs and love!!!
