*LOCAL ADOPTION ONLY* Look at these precious puppies! LOCATION: Pensacola FL STATS: Super cute Doxie Lab mix puppies! Meet our cheesy puppies! Gouda, Feta, Pepper Jack and Brie (the only girl) were found on one of the coldest days of the year huddled together and terrified on the side of a highway. Someone thankfully stopped and picked them up and then contacted us to see if we could help. Yes, they are going to be bigger dogs but we could not say no to these four innocent faces. Our guess is that they were part of an oops litter, unwanted and thrown away like trash. We are going to make sure that they get loving homes instead! These four puppies are adorable. Based on their faces and their cute long bodies, we believe they are dachshund lab mixes. Our best estimate is that they are 12 weeks old and based on their current sizes we think they are going to be medium sized puppies (40-50 lbs). The puppies will be ready to go to their new homes around December 13th and we are accepting applications for them now. Gouda, Feta, Pepper Jack and Brie are little lowriders, and you won't find any sweeter puppies! All four are friendly, loving, playful and stinking cute. Big brothers Gouda and Feta are the two biggest and they believe that they are in charge! Pepper Jack is the sweetest, and little sister Brie is the shyest. They love to run and play together and with other dogs. They know how to use the doggie door and they go in and outside all day. When play time is over they are content to nap together in a puppy pile. Like all puppies they are very active, love to chew, and they're very curious. We recommend investing in a puppy pen to keep any puppy safe when they cannot be supervised. This gives them a good place to sleep and a safe place to play if you can't keep eyes on them! The pups would be really happy to find a home with a fenced yard and a playful doggy buddy. They are the perfect size for kids to grow up with! By the time they go home, Gouda, Feta, Pepper Jack and Brie will have been to the vet for a wellness check, been wormed, have had two sets of puppy shots, and will be microchipped with a lifetime registration. The third set of puppy shots is covered by the rescue. Their rabies vaccines and spay/neuters will be scheduled at one of our vets as soon as they are old enough and are also covered by the rescue. Because the puppies have pending vet appointments they are only adoptable within a 1 hour drive to Pensacola.
