About Gigi

Meet Gigi. She is a 3 year old purebred 4.5 lb full grown yorkie. She weighed in over 5 lbs at time of spay, but is down to 4.5 lbs and is at a very healthy weight now. She is spayed, current on all vaccines, microchipped, had bloodwork done that came back normal, and had a dental cleaning done that sadly left her with 17 extractions having to be done due to her prior owner never providing her with any dental care prior to her arrival to us. She also had to have a mammary mass removed at time of spay which she has completely healed from and was just cleared to find a home all her own. Due to her many extractions she will need to be on a soft food diet the rest of her life, and currently she is loving Fresh Pet brand dog food She is house trained, and pad trained. She is crate trained but truly loves to be in bed with her human. She is leash trained, but again, she is small enough to carry around and she absolutely loves to be held and doted on. In her humans arms is her favorite place to be anytime of the day or night. She is a sweetie pie. Very affectionate and loving. She is great on car rides, and loves her spa days at the vets. She is phenomenal with all dogs. She is not a barker!!! She only barks if she can't get to you, but overall she is a very confident little girl and if she has free roam she will gladly follow you around everywhere. She truly is a wonderful companion and will brighten anyone's world the moment she is added to it. Don't pass her up, as she is a gem! Our adoption fees are typically 1500, but with her vet costs alone we have exceeded that, so we are hoping the next home would understand that we are also asking for an additional 500 to offset her overall time and care since with us as well so that we are able to help another sweet soul just like her again. Yes, we adopt out of state and can come to you if you can't come to us as long as transport is covered. She is small enough to fly so that opens up homes all over the map!
