About Charlie

Meet Chewie aka. Charlie, aka. Chew Chew. We could not decide on a name quite yet so we call him all! You have probably seen this guy around a few times. Charlie has had an on and off relationship with us for a few years due to no fault of his own. You see, he had a rough start in life so it has made him re-evaluate what he cares about most. Turns out he cares most about his people and having them all to himself! We know it is a little self centered but how can you not want your world to be him! We absolutely adore this stocky guy and his comical ways. But what we would love more is to see this guy in a home getting all the love and attention that he deserves. So here are his must haves: He would like a home with no kids, no dogs or small animals (this includes cats) as he would prefer to have you all to himself. Trust us he will keep you entertained! He would like to meet you a few times prior to going home with you as well. He also wants to make sure you give us many updates about how he is doing and send us pictures/videos of him doing his zoomies, or dressing up, or laying in the bay as the waves crash on him. Charlie wanted to share his recent adventure notes from an amazing volunteer: Charlie is soooo affectionate! For the sake of safe driving I would have to nudge him off of me. He is so sweet! He had his hind legs on the back seat, front legs on the floor, and his head on the arm rest so that he could be as close as possible. He would have sat in my lap if I let him!
