About Bailey

Meet Bailey She is a 10 month old, 40 lbs American Staffordshire Terrier. Bailey is super affectionate greeting her loved ones with kisses. She is a full cuddle buddy whether it is with humans, dogs, or cats; she is ready to cuddle with them all. She is fully crate trained and house broken. She will do best in a home with a 6 foot fence and well-attached gates that she can safely explore and use her puppy energy to run full tilt, and a couch where she can nap with her head in your lap. She is learning commands and manners and is eager to please. She is equally motivated by treats and belly rubs. Reasonable transport can be arranged. She is a powerhouse of puppy energy combined with a distractable puppy brain, yet even as a puppy she has learned a great deal of self control and is eager to learn what her human wants from her. She is happiest on a couch where she can nap in your lap. She currently knows most basic commands firmly and is learning others. She is equally motivated by treats and belly rubs. She wanders and pulls hard on a leash, currently, but has had very little experience. Bailey does greet enthusiastically jumping and she is a very strong dog, so there are moments when her strength could endanger a frail person.
