About Speedy

Meet Speedy�'�|. She is a sweet girl who is a live and let live kinda girl. She gets along with other dogs so long as they don't try to bully her. She is a good combination of chill and energetic. She loves the dog park and does this girl LOVE to swim! Seriously - it's hard to get her out of the water. She kennels up just fine and is often found sleeping in her crate just because she finds it comfortable (of course she prefers to be snuggled up next to you on the couch or in bed) :). You can often find her hogging the bed pillows if left unattended. Hehehe. She will need a fenced in yard because she loves to run around. An electric fence doesn't do well for her because she will just tuck her head and run straight through it. I am not sure how she would do with small children just becasue I don't have any to test her with so becasue of that I am saying, to be safe, that she be placed with adults. Pros: total snuggle bug, excellent watch dog (no one coming in unannounced on her watch). Not an obsessive barker unless there is a perceived threat. Gets along with well behaved dogs. Will be your swimming partner. Not an obsessive food begger (though she won't turn down a chip if it's offered) lol. Cons: will counter surf and steal your food if left unattended. Does need to be kenneled when not home as she does have a bit of separation anxiety (she likes being with her people but she loves her kennel). I would love to see her go to either a younger single adult or couple or an older person/couple who could give her the time and attention she deserves. She deserves a life of love and comfort. Could you give her a place on your couch and in your heart?
