About Hermi

Special little pup from Mexico needs a home��%BD%9D%A4��%BD��%BD%8F Hermi was named after Hermosillo��%BD��%BD��%BD��%BD��%BD��%BD%BD where we recently volunteered. Thankfully a kind local brought him to our clinic after she found him starving on the streets - poor babe was all skin and bones��%BD��%BD��%BD��%BD ��%BD��%BD��%BD%9D Please have anyone interested PM me their email address for an adoption application. Close to Denver area only please��%BD��%8F��%BD��%BD%8F%BC Some considerations��%BD'��%BD| ��%BD��%BD凌�%BD%8F Hermi must go to a family with a confident, tolerant ��%BD��%BD%90��%BD in the home who can show him the ropes of life in the US ��%BD��%BD凌�%BD%8F Experience with working/herding breeds like Border Collies would be a plus ��%BD��%BD凌�%BD%8F Willing to enroll in a training class soon after adoption - important for building Hermi's confidence and doggy skills ��%BD��%BD凌�%BD%8F He will use potty pads but is not yet trained potty outside - Hermi was real nervous outside at first but now zips all over the yard confidently with the other dogs ��%BD��%BD凌�%BD%8F He would do well with older kids but little ones aren't always the best match for herding breeds (generally speaking) Why we love Hermi so much��%BD%9D%A4��%BD��%BD%8F��%BD'��%BD| ��%BD��%BD%90%BE He was shut down in survival mode when he came to us, completely melted our hearts ��%BD��%BD%90%BE This little one has true grit! Watching him come out of his shell has been so special ��%BD��%BD%90%BE Loves to follow me around the house - so curious and attentive to his surroundings ��%BD��%BD%90%BE Learning how great love is - curls up on my lap for snuggles when I sit on the floor��%BD����%BD ��%BD��%BD%90%BE Getting braver by the day! He happily greets visitors at my house with a wiggly butt tail wag ��%BD��%BD%90%BE Really loves to cuddle with other dogs and is great with my cat too Hermi is believed to be about 18 weeks old and may be on the smaller side of medium when full grown. His adoption will be finalized through a local shelter but due to special circumstances, I will be managing the initial steps. Adoption fee $375.
